CO., LTD. and SHUNDE FUHSONG MACHINERY CO., LTD.
in Foshan City of P.R. China. We are responsible

SHUNDE
FUHSONG MACHINERY CO., LTD. was established
in 1995. It is a Chinese-foreign joint ventured,
technological advanced and fully automated casting
factory. As one of the major engineering and manufacturing
centre in the regional industries, our factory possesses
15,000 sq. meter's in area and the monthly production
reaches 2,000 tons. It can produce 0.1 to 12000
kg ductile (SG) cast iron and alloy iron. The products
are suitable for all kinds of Injection Molding
Machine, Pressure Molding Machine, Bottle Forming
Machine, Wood Working Machine and other general
machineries.
We have advanced equipments and modernized facilities
in our factory. Our workshop has been equipped with
two JAPAN FUJI ELECTRIC's intermediate frequency
induction furnace with production capacity of 1
ton and 2 tons respectively. In order to rapidly
obtain the accurate carbon-silicon content and measure
the degree of spheroid of graphite, computerized
chemical composition analyzer are used in our furnaces.
Through the advanced molten processes and scientific
analysis, high quality products are achieved. The
automatic colophony core molding production lines
imported from JAPAN SINTOKOGIO Co., Ltd. ensured
the quality and accuracy of our products in both
appearances and sizes.
We have developed numerous techniques as well as
proprietary equipment and processes. Our strong
technical support team consist of 8 senior engineers,
20 university graduated staff including 5 of them
holding master degree. The advanced laboratories
can perform sand molding performance test, metallurgical
structure observation, chemical composition analysis
and mechanical properties analysis. Many of these
procedures have been invented and mastered by our
personnel. The yearly production of 20,000 tons
of high-quality, high-strength and high-ductility
SG cast iron products are therefore ensured.
As business developed rapidly,
our clients distributed worldwide. The company has
built a new factory and established FOSHANSHI
FUHSONG FOUNDRY CO., LTD. in 2005.
The new factory located in CangJiang Industrial
Parks, GaoMing District, Foshan City and occupied
70,000 sq. meters. One 3-ton and two 5-ton additional
Intermediate Frequency Induction Furnaces have been
installed. The brand new production lines and equipment
can now produce over 4,000 tons of casting products
monthly. After completion of the new factory, our
yearly production will increase to 70,000 tons.
